个人简介:宋文天,工学博士,讲师。主要从事森林食品资源挖掘及调控慢病的分子机制。近年来,参与发表SCI论文6篇,以第一/共一/通讯作者发表SCI论文4篇(含封面论文1篇),EI论文1篇,参与申请国家发明专利3项,授权国家发明专利2项。担任Food ChemistryInternational Journal of Agricultural Science and Food TechnologySCI期刊的审稿人。
